Production Time

 

All Spicy Lotus products are made to order. Production typically takes

  • 2–5 business days

before your order is shipped.

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped to your destination.

We offer free shipping on select products for certain destinations!

  • US, EU & UK  – free shipping on select products
  • All products – free shipping on orders over $150 in US & EU, $180 in Canada

Shipping Providers

 

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Printful’s partner carriers, depending on destination and fulfillment location.


Order Tracking

 

All shipments include tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.


Customs & Import Fees 

 

We work with multiple fulfillment centers worldwide. Whenever possible, we ship orders from the closest available fulfillment center to minimize delivery times and additional fees. Depending on the product and availability, your order may be shipped from a different country than your delivery address.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Shipping Address Accuracy

 

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to the sender or cannot be delivered due to address issues, a replacement shipment may be arranged at the customer’s expense.

Address changes cannot be made once an order has shipped.


Lost or Delayed Packages

 

If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Allow 24–48 hours, as carriers may mark packages as delivered early
  2. Check with neighbors or secure delivery locations
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number

Orders marked as delivered are not eligible for refunds or replacements unless the shipping carrier officially confirms the package was lost in transit.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier, a replacement may be arranged.
