Returns

 

All Spicy Lotus products are made to order.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect size selection
  • personal preference
  • ordering the wrong color/product
  • sale items or gift cards

Please review all product details and size guides carefully before placing your order.


Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

 

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 25 days of delivery.

To submit a claim, please email contact@spicy-lotus.com with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Lost Shipments

 

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 25 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue.


Returns & Shipping Address

 

Please do not return products without contacting us first.

Unannounced or unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

As all items are fulfilled by a print-on-demand partner, return handling is managed internally. Items sent back without prior approval may not be eligible for refund or replacement.


Refunds

 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or payment provider.
