Right of Withdrawal

Please note: This Return & Withdrawal Policy applies only to customers located within the European Economic Area (EEA). For all other regions, please refer to our Global Refund Policy.

(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

 

How to exercise your right

To exercise this right, you must inform us via email at contact@spicy-lotus.com of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g., email). You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

· Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned goods or proof of return, whichever occurs first.

· Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

· You must return the goods immediately and no later than 14 days from notification.

· All direct costs of returning the goods are borne by you. For goods that cannot be sent by parcel post, estimated costs may be up to EUR 120.

· The risk of loss or damage of the goods during return shipment is borne by you.

· You are liable for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.

 

Important Information for Returns

· Withdrawal requests must include order number, full contact details, and a signed statement of withdrawal.

· Refunds may be delayed if items are returned improperly or without proper documentation.

· Repeated or frivolous withdrawal requests may be denied at our discretion.

 

Special Note for Custom or Personalized Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods produced according to your specifications or personalized for you. Such products cannot be returned under any circumstances, as they are made solely for you.
